Producer's notes

Estate-grown olives from Poggibonsi (Siena), Tuscany at ~210 m a.s.l. on yellow Pliocene sands with small rocks.
Traditional Tuscan polyconic vase training; ~10 ha under olives.
Manual harvest in the first week of November; cold mechanical extraction.

Do you import (buy) grapes?

No. We grow all our grapes on the estate. We prioritize native Tuscan varieties.


Where are you located?

In Poggibonsi (Siena), Tuscany, near San Gimignano.


What are your soils like?

Mainly yellow Pliocene sands, free-draining and rich in minerals, supporting ripe fruit and fine tannins.


What is the “1756 underground cellar”?

The year it was excavated. Our historic cellar underground: cool, dark, constant temperature—ideal for patient aging.


Are you organic?

Yes, BIO organic certified by ICEA.


What do you mean by “light-touch winemaking”?

Minimal intervention on the grapes. Just transforming what Mother Nature has given us.
