Winemaking discovery

Winemaking Discovery takes you behind the scenes to see where our wines ferment and evolve. You'll visit our fermentation cellar to understand why we use stainless steel tanks for fruity whites and rosés, and cement tanks for structured reds. Our expert explains the technical choices that shape each wine's character, then you taste four wines with a Tuscan cheese and charcuterie board. This is for those who want to understand the craft, not just drink the result.

Common questions

Can I purchase the wines I taste?

Yes, all wines are available at our estate shop.

Is this experience suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. We explain technical concepts clearly without overwhelming you with jargon. Perfect for curious wine lovers who want to learn.

What's the difference between this and the Essentials?

This includes a cellar tour and technical explanations of the winemaking process, plus an extra wine (4 vs 3) and a full Tuscan board instead of snacks.

Should I add the 1756 cellar upgrade?

If you have time and want to see our historic aging cellar where wines mature in French oak barrels, it's a beautiful addition. If you're short on time, you can always book "The 1756 Experience" on another visit.

What if I'm late?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you're running late, contact us immediately. We may need to shorten the cellar tour or reschedule depending on availability.

Can we have a private tour?

Yes, for groups of 8+ people or private experiences, contact us directly for a customized proposal.

Is the cellar cold?

The fermentation cellar is cooler than outside (around 18-20°C) and can be slightly humid. We recommend bringing a light jacket if you're sensitive to cooler temperatures.
