Technique of winemaking: carefully grape selection, hand harvest in small box to preserve the integrity of the berries. Cryo macearation with skin contact for 2 hours. Soft press and stainless steel fermentation, temperature controlled.

Service Temperature: 10 - 12°C
Colour: light pink
Taste: a pale rosé with notes of chopped apples, herbs and grapefruit. Medium - bodied, ripe and soft with bright acidity and nut notes in the end.
