(with 45 years mother yeasts inside) Alcohol: 17% VOL 50 gr/lt sugar residue Service Temperature: 16°C Colour: amber, intense and brilliant Taste: rich and enveloping, dried fruits, almonds, figs with light notes of dehydrated apricot. On the palate is warm with a creamy consistency. Fresh, savory and delicately sweet. Finale of cleanliness and spicy persistence.
