Do you import (buy) grapes?
No. We grow all our grapes on the estate. We prioritize native Tuscan varieties.

In Poggibonsi (Siena), Tuscany, near San Gimignano.
What are your soils like?
Mainly yellow Pliocene sands, free-draining and rich in minerals, supporting ripe fruit and fine tannins.
What is the “1756 underground cellar”?
The year it was excavated. Our historic cellar underground: cool, dark, constant temperature—ideal for patient aging.

How should I store the wines when they arrive?
